This page explains how to delete your SikaFX account or request removal of your personal data without closing your account. These requests apply to the SikaFX mobile app and related services operated by SikaFX Limited.

Delete your SikaFX account

To permanently delete your account, email us at customerservice@sikafx.co.uk with the subject line Delete my SikaFX account.

Please include in your email:

  • Your full name as registered on SikaFX
  • The email address or phone number linked to your account
  • A brief confirmation that you want your account permanently deleted

We will verify your identity before processing the request. Account deletion is typically completed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email when the process is finished.

Request data deletion (keep your account)

If you want specific personal data removed but wish to keep using SikaFX, email customerservice@sikafx.co.uk with the subject line Data deletion request. Describe what data you want deleted. We will respond within 30 days.

Delete from the app

You can also contact us through Contact & Support in the SikaFX app. Choose your preferred channel and ask for account or data deletion; our team will guide you through the same verification process.

What we delete and what we keep

When your account is deleted, we remove your profile, login credentials, and app-related personal data that is no longer required.

We may retain certain information where the law requires it, for example records related to money transfers, fraud prevention, or anti-money laundering obligations. Retained data is kept only as long as legally necessary and is not used for marketing.
